So, it's summer in my book. It's June, it's hot, and well that is about all I need to call it summer. I did many summer-like things over the past week or so.
All of them were fun. I even went to a crepetastic brunch - I forgot how delicious crepes were.
Oh, boy I still am in a food coma from it I think.
I know you've been starring and you totally want those shoes right? Cuz they are super fun and summer-y. And you can think of so many times those would be the perfect shoes to wear.
I went to Philly over Memorial Day weekend and even went swimming (sort of) in this fountain. I know you're jealous. It's ok, next time, right?!!!
This perhaps is one of my favorite statues in DC.
I'm not sure why exactly but I like the deep look in his eyes.

Love Philly, wanna visit DC since it's been like 15 years, like the shoes. :) How was the Memorial Day cookout? I want to know about grilling veggies - I've only done once, and without success.
ReplyDeleteSurprisingly the only veggies I grilled was corn. I indivually wrapped the cobs in foil with lime butter. Soooo good!!! I think I can only eat corn on the cob with lime butter now...well that may not be entirely true but it's my favorite.
